  Nurses are awesome. Not lazy like the other overnight nurses in other Staten Island hospitals .

  The Hospital Staff was very Attentive & Helpful. I took my spouse to the Emergency Room and they took care of us right away. The treatment was very thorough and excellent. During the stay the staff was very caring, very nice and professional. Put our worries at ease. Very Clean. This is definitely going to be the hospital that my family and I will be dealing with.

  I was woken up at 4:30am by by son who had a 103.2 fever. I got to the hospital around 4:45 and I was amazed by the staff. I was getting ready for the hell of an emergency room with one very tired 11 year old and a very sick 7 year old. Instead, we were greeted right away. The nurse sat my son down right away to get his vitals and moved him right into the bed. The physician came within 15 minutes to check on my son and then asked another physician to check him as well to make sure the diagnosis was agreed upon. My son was diagnosed with Croup. He was given meds and we were out within an hour. But these nurses went out of their way to make my kids feel comfortable. They stayed and had full blown conversations, asked if they needed juice about 4 times within that one hour. They even gave my older one juice every time the younger one asked even though he was not a patient. So thank you ER staff for being amazing!! You guys were amazing!!
