(October 16, 2020, 11:08 am)The best store of its kind, anywhere on Staten island. In addition to discount greeting cards, card corner has a large selection of balloons a great prices, and they always have helium.
It's a great place to play NY Lottery, four machines strong.
Aside from the owner, Joe, Card Corner II also has a great staff of young adults who are well-mannered and most of whom are either in college or college-bound, so they are all a nice, personable group of kids. -
