  I love this place! They have free weights, machines, boxing bags, octagon, and just added a boxing ring. I needed motivation and someone to push me. The coaches make my challange my comfort zone. I see great progress after only 3 months.

  very friendly atmosphere (when your not in the ring) and if you don't know something they are more then willing to help you.

  My experience with UFC Gym of Staten Island has been nothing but extraordinary! This gym has by far the best class selection of any gym I've ever been to and I've been to quite a few. Lots of activities at this gym including; Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing , Kickboxing, High-Intensity Interval Training and more. Great atmosphere, and friendly instructors and stuff make you want to come back every time. If you feel like working out on your own, there are free weights as well as variety of workout machines. No other gym that I know comes close to what this gym has to offer at such an affordable price.

  Awesome gym. Joined about a month ago and was hesitant because of a couple of bad reviews, and I’m glad I did. It appears that ownership was changed not long ago and the new owner made a lot of changes. The staff is so friendly and the coaches are experienced and patient. I don’t usually write reviews but I appreciate the effort everyone here put to encourage me and make me feel welcomed.

  This place has gotten much better after ownership changed. Staff and coaches are very friendly and knowledgeable. Love it.
