Letizia Brothers of Rockland, Inc.

Between my brother, mother, and I (and my wife) we’ve been going to Letizia for over a decade. They’ve always been great and they show us what’s wrong. They’re not trying to be the fastest just to get rid of the car and move on to the next ticket. When I get my car out of the shop I know that it is safe and road worthy. Several times that it hasn’t been possible to go here and I get one of these shops that gets the job done “fast” and I have had to go to Letizia Brothers because the other shop missed something or did something wrong. In fact, every time but once that I went to another I shop I ended up having to take the car here because the other shop screwed something up. So this review is coming off of the experience of 5 people (in family) with at least 10 cars over the past decade.

I tend to work on my own vehicles, but I know when I am going to be in over my head with something. Tom has always been there to help me out. He is genuinely a great guy, honest, thorough and is very reasonable. I trust him over bringing my cars over to any of the dealerships next door. When he says the car is going to be done that day it is done.

I've brought my car hear a couple of times now for different items and each time I've been pleased. Each time they explained what the issues were in a way that I could understand and then they performed those repairs for a fair price. They never tried to add on additional repairs like a dealer mechanic does where they recommend 2k in repairs when all you wanted was an oil change. I'll be going back to them again for any future repairs.

I just wanted to say what an excellent job this auto shop did diagnosing and repairing my high mileage Subaru Forester. They were extremely professional, and overwhelmingly honest. I wish I had found them a lot sooner. I had a very serious problem with my engine, and I do not know much about car engines. They could have taken me to the cleaners, but the prices for the parts and labor were extremely reasonable and definitely within my budget constraints. I will only be taking my car to them from now on and I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and relatives.
