If James can't perform a particular service, he will recommend someone who can. James is a gentleman and treats his customers with respect.

I’ve owned multiple vehicles for nearly 50 years as a driver. 20 years of which I’ve used Rickland Auto , James. The absolutely best , fairest and most service oriented repair shop I’ve ever used. James is a hands on owner that understands both cars and people. He has baled me out of multiple situations many times when time was of the essence, like when my kids had to be back in school quickly or a vacation that I needed a repair immediately. James is well priced and considers the safety of your vehicle of paramount importance. I really can not say enough about him. It's hard to find a good mechanic that's honest these days but, James at Rockland Auto Repair is just that. Shop is run very professional. He also always takes the time to explain things to me thoroughly which is appreciated.

I've lived in 4 states and moved countless times. Ive seen alot of mechanics. But James and the guys ar Rockland Auto Repair are honest, good guys. I've been going here for 7 years. I live in NJ, and I get my car repaired here. Its worth the trip.
