I am a first time customer with high road. I can truly say my experience has been fantastic. Jack is an absolute pleasure to work with and will go above and beyond for his customers highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my experience with high road. Jack was extremely helpful in helping me find a car. When I first started looking I had no idea what kind of car I was looking for. Jack helped navigate the sea of deals and different cars to find the perfect car for me. Once I decided on a car, Jack took care of everything for me. He evened dropped it off at my house. I will definitely be going back to high road when my lease is up and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new lease. Thanks Jack for all your help!!

Jack got us the best deal on my new lease, his prices were cheaper then the 4 other leasing company's i looked at. Additionally, Jack provided Amazing customer service and got everything taken care of really efficiently. Great experience.

I wish there was a way to leave a 10 Star rating!! Jack didn’t just go out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer, he personally micro-managed every single detail. From initial contact, till even a week after I received the vehicle. His one and only priority was to ensure that I received the vehicle I needed with the specifications I requested. This was not an easy job and most people would never have given me the time of day. Jack gave me all the time I needed including well into the night on a couple of occasions. I cannot get into the specifics cause I don’t want to make people jealous, but customer service of the likes that Jack offered and I received, is almost non-existent in today’s hectic world. Jack had the patience to hear my requirements, the knowledge to understand my needs, and the determination to get it done. Not sure I’ve ever left a review for someone before, but for the experience I had with Jack, it was worth taking the time today so that anyone who reads this knows what great customer service Jack from High Road Auto Leasing offers! Jack was extremely patient and calm during the lease process - not "salesman-y" which was very nice. He answered all of my questions and his customer service was impeccable. He got me the car I wanted at the right price, all within a week! I would highly recommend him in the future!
