Dr. Chin is very professional, careful and nice! She always listens my concern and answered my questions! I am one of those people who is afraid of going to the dentist. However, I actaully enjoyed my time there. Thank you so much, Dr Chin!!

If I had to describe Town Dentistry with one word it would be supercalifragilisticexpialidocious because of their exceptional quality and high standards. Dr. Chin and her staff are simple marvelous! Since it's a small practice, Dr. Chin and her staff Kim and Caroline pay attention to detail and the customer's needs. They're always happy to answer my questions and make sure I feel comfortable with the procedure. Their bed side manner is always positive, polite and kind hearted.

Since I'm someone with dental anxiety they constantly check in with how I'm feeling while in the chair, which is calming and reassuring. Dr. Chin and her staff go the extra mile for their customers. Dr. Chin was able to make a perfect mold of my tooth that needed a root canal so I would be able to use my pre-made Invisalign retainers. Caroline the hygienist took time to teach me the proper way to floss and care for my teeth. Kim is not only an empath but a wiz at billing, she works with my insurance for affordable pricing. Plus she's a wonderful assistant when working with Dr. Chin, always on point and professional. Also, Dr. Chin takes personal time to attend training expos and seminars to stay current on dental technology and practices.

I know I'm in good hands at Town Dentistry which is why I recommend them to my family and friends. They are professionals who exceed common standards because they care and that is what them marvelous.

Everyone at Dr. Chin's office is so sweet. I've always feared dentists but Dr. Chin and Kim always make me feel so ar ease. The office is spotless and they are doing a fantastic job at keeping us all safe during this crazy time. I couldn't have chosen a better dental team to provide care for myself and my children.

Dr. Chin and Carolyn did an excellent job with my 3-year-old today. He was hesitant about it all, but they were warm and calm with him while they helped him understand why he was there and what a trip to the dentist includes. Kim prepared some fun rewards for my son since it was his first visit-- so much fun!

My husband and I also see Dr. Chin and are pleased with our experiences each time we leave. Looking forward to continuing our relationship with this office!

Kim and Dr. Chin remember facts about your kids, how they are doing in school, health issues that may be outside of dental issues etc. we very much appreciate the attentiveness and the caring they display.
