  I had such a refreshing experience at Hudson Valley Audiology. Everyone was friendly, helpful and available. Chris was my audiologist and he is amazing, calm, knowledgeable and very very honest. The first honest person I have come across in this business. I travel from Manhattan to see him. I give this 5 stars!!.

  Recently I visited the Hudson Valley Audiology Center in Pomona NY
  I met with Dr. Shannen and Dr. Herget and was given very thorough
  examinations with no time limit. Both young doctors have very good
  bedside manners. They seemed to care about my concerns and it was
  easy to communicate with them.

  Dr Shannon is the ultimate professional. His warm demeanor invites you to share your true feelings..no judgment...just care...he loves what he does...what a gift to have found Hudson Valley Audiology Center...the office staff is just as kind...I highly recommend if you are having issues with your ears or your ability to hear.

  Dr. Shannon is the best. He spends quality time with me as if I were his only patient. Front desk staff, Kathy, is kind, caring and efficient. thank you all.
