No words can describe the most amazing service Heirlooms provides. I ordered hair pieces for a family wedding but due to COVID the USPS was experiencing major delays. Heirlooms hand delivered the headbands that I needed for the wedding. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future. Thank you!!
I have always been super happy with the quality and design(I.e. total cuteness) of Heirloom’s bows and headbands. Now I can say that their customer service is just as amazing. A small issue came up with the headbands for my girls and they responded quickly and resolved the problem above and beyond what I expected. I always like to say that it’s So worth to buy from a company that will stand behind their products! And heirloom bows really does that! Total 5 stars for them on the quality, design and customer service, I’d give 6 stars if I could!! Thanks for keeping an out of town family stocked on the cutest headwear to be found!
