  New place, big selection of choices on the menu. The prices are good and my waiter was very kind. Beautiful atmosphere, I wish them the best of luck.

  This place was definitely a surprise! Did not expect to get excellent Cuban food at a place called the Pancake Factory! The tostones a la Factory are out of this world!

  The Pancake Factory is top notch! The service is prompt with very friendly staff. The food is excellent and is very good quality with nice portions. The menu is very resonably priced with a great selection. Oscar, the owner is friendly, welcoming, and always wants to ensure a great experience! The restaurant is brand new and very clean with an on-site bar and ice cream. I highly recommend it!

  My wife and I tried this establishment yesterday for breakfast for the first time. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff. For me that was a good sign. I loved the variety of menu options. The service was great. The food was both fresh and excellent. We are definitely looking forward to trying their lunch and dinner menu. It’s great to finally have a restaurant such as this in our area!!

  Food is made fresh so it does take a little longer but worth the wait. The place is always packed but the tables turn over quickly. Full menu covering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff is excellent but would like to see them smile more often.
  This is our new preferred place to eat in town.
