I would recommend Nicole to every pregnant or postpartum woman as 100% necessary. I originally went because of horrible sciatica pain postpartum and ended up also being treated for diastasis recti. She also caught an abdominal hernia and helped me stabilize my core so I could return to exercise in a healthy way. Nicole is clearly an expert in her profession and I have learned so much from her.

She will call you right away. 2nd- by working with Nicole- I addressed multiple areas to lead to my success: The therapy included Muscle strengthening & stretching, analyzing psychological triggers, bladder irritant tracking, etc. It was not just kegels!
After several months I am about to ‘graduate’ but I will continue my exercises and everything this lovely, intelligent young woman had taught me. It has been life changing. I will actually miss seeing her each week!

Nicole is awesome. She is so knowledgeable and helpful with so many things. After two kids and hip issues leaking was “normal”. Well it’s not. So happy to have found Nicole. I have learned so much.. that even something like not breathing properly can effect your pelvic floor. Nicole listens and cares about how you are feeling. I was recently getting over being sick and had a lingering cough at night. She automatically checked me and realized some of my body being tight from coughing. She pulled out cups and did some cupping along with stretches. I slept like a baby that night and no cough since. She’s a miracle worker.

Nicole is a goal oriented pelvic floor OT that works with you to meet your goals. After a difficult twin pregnancy she has helped me heal my diastasis recti and my pelvic floor. I highly recommend her!
