(June 27, 2023, 9:52 am)My husband & I decided to file for bankruptcy after I got sick and had to leave my job. We tried to pay off our balances with the little taxes we got back, but the debt was still too great for us to handle. We called Christiaan‘s office and had an appointment to start filing the next week! He even offered us a payment plan!! He answered any questions we had anytime, following up with everything in a timely manner! No issues with our filing at all, everything went so smoothly! We got to keep our vehicle in the process which was such a relief for us in this scary time. At first we felt embarrassed/ashamed we needed to file, but after his team helped us we just feel such a relief!! We can now start fresh, build back our credit and save towards a home for our family. Thank you so much to everyone at the Law Offices of Christiaan Van Niekerk for everything you’ve done for our family! Hopefully we will never need you again but thank you!!

(May 17, 2023, 9:37 am)Christiaan is not only a great lawyer ,he is a wonderful individual . And I've met a lot of people in the building construction industry. Just by talking to me he knew that I wanted to go to the law firm. He chooses the right chapter for your unique situation. Then explains in layman's terms. He also keeps in touch and not many lawyers do this because their caseload is so great. Some of my debt was 25 years old. Just carried to another card. Now credit cards are gone and so is the debt. You will not find a better lawyer than him in this area of practice. Many,many thanks to him and Cheryl and the whole firm.

(March 21, 2023, 8:24 am)No issues at all. We were told what we needed. We got it all together for Christiaan, met with him a few days later. Went through everything, he informed us on the entire process. And as he stated 8 weeks after the court date we have our discharge. We did our part! He did his part! Very professional, I would HIGHLY recommend his firm.

His office also accepts a payment plan for his fee which made things even easier. He was in constant contact with step by step instructions though the process. I highly recommend his services.
