Alpin Haus RV

I never thought I'd be able to find a really nice RV with my limited budget but James K helped me get the perfect camper for me at a price I could afford. The entire process was so easy. He arranged to have my RV delivered to the campground and set up. The parts and service people are we're so helpful. I honestly cried after I purchased my camper from Alpin Haus because I've wanted one for many years. James is so genuine and thoughtful and made the process really easy for a novice RV owner! I looked at other RV sales places that made me feel like I was at a car dealership. But my experience with James and Alpin Haus felt like I was doing business with people I'd known for a long time. No high pressure sales, just really nice thoughtful people who want to help you achieve your dream of being an RV owner!!!

explained everything to us because it is our first time purchasing an RV trailer.

The day we picked up our trailer James had Shawn in service go out and explain everything about the trailer and he was very helpful.

James took us around to meet the service department and the retail store. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Scott was out sales man , he was very informative during our purchase and is a great asset to this company, with his previous service experience and sales , he adds a lot of knowledge to the mix. And the service department was very accommodating to the repair issues with our new unit. We appreciate everything they have done for us. Hopefully everything is good from here on. Would definitely purchase drone them again.

We chose Alpin Haus for the purchase of our 5th because of the limited lifetime warranty. We found no other dealership that offered this. Our salesman, Scott, was thorough in his review of our needs and wants and he showed us several campers that fit the bill and were in our price range. After purchasing our 5th wheel and taking two short camping weekends locally there were a couple of problems to work out with the rig, and the service team, especially Michal, were very accommodating and prioritized a review and repair of the camper. We are very satisfied with our Alpin Haus experience and are pleased to be a member of the Alpin Haus family. We are currently on a two month winter camping excursion in Durango, Colorado and absolutely loving our 2022 Keystone Cougar 5th Wheel!!

Customer service seems to be a top priority. We had a few minor issues and Alphin House quickly contacted us to rectify those issues. The service department personnel are friendly and answered all of our questions. In particular James and Rob took the time to answer all of our “first time RV owner” questions and made great recommendations for us. We have a very heavy bike rack and Rob was able to help us with modifications to our camper bumper so that our bike rack could be used. He even was able to get it so that our bike rack lights have power. Appointment to have our camper serviced was made in a very short time span and minor warranty issues were quickly resolved. We had a great experience and when we’re ready to trade in our camper we will return to Alphin House due to their outstanding customer service.
