We wanted a 32" TV for a dorm room and they had it in stock, smart TV, HDMI, USB, etc. Helpful folks! We didn't need assistance, but it was certainly appealing that it was offered.

He understood what we wanted; answer all our questions; and lead us to the right TV.
We haven't seen this kind of service in a long time!
We ended up buying the TV from him instead of online. Then to top it all off, he priced match the TV so we got it for the same price as online.
It was a win-win! -

I was able to get information on the item I was purchasing and get chased out quickly. Best Buy better hold onto Ricky, he's amazing at customer service.
