I've worked with Total Events professionally for many years and have had nothing but excellent experiences, from simple table rentals, to a tent to seat 200 on a public street. Customer service is superlative. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Joell from Total Events made our already beautiful venue look absolutely incredible. During what seemed like the busiest year ever in the events industry, she made the process so easy. We trusted her confidence and experience and knew that she would take care of us so that everything would look perfect. She helped us come up with an idea board, gave us suggestions, and tailored our rentals and decorations so that everything fit us as a couple and was exactly what we wanted.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Total Events when planning my wedding! I only needed table linens and overlays, but Joell did a great job helping me pick the best designs for my venue and went the extra mile to make sure the dimensions of my head table would be large enough for all of my decor to fit. I also really appreciate the fact that all the linens arrive steamed and ready to be placed. This was a huge time saver on the weekend of my wedding. Joell is a true professional, and I would 100% recomend Total Events to anyone planning an event or wedding!

We hired Total Events for our wedding at our private estate. Every element had to be rented, brought in & installed. Joell + her team were professional experts & guided us to make the best decisions in our budget. The offerings we chose were LUXURIOUS (we especially loved the clear top tent with chandeliers + fairy lights and the wooden farmhouse tables!!!) They efficiently set up & broke down the event in good timing & the delivery / install team were a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better company for our big day! I cannot say enough how amazing it was to work with Total Events and their design team. From day 1 they were extremely professional and easy to work with. Our wedding was postponed due to COVID and we had to switch the date, location and rental needs on the fly and Total Events was very flexible with all those changes. Not only did we have to postpone, we also had to dramatically cut the guest list and Total Events helped us achieve everything we wanted as if it was the big wedding just with a smaller group size. Their staff are incredibly enthusiastic and came on site several times to offer layout suggestions and assist with the design ideas to create a truly perfect day. I would recommend them to everyone planning a wedding and we will be using them for all of our future event needs.
