I went to another Prosthetic group prior to going to Sampson’s and what a difference in knowledge and care for people with limb loss. The best move that I made. (November 27, 2019, 8:21 am)My husband has been going to Bill for almost 30 years! Bill has made him and myself feel more like family than patients. Gary and Sid are not only great at what they do, but always friendly and genuine. The office staff is always the epitome of friendly and professional! Have never had a bad experience. We travel from Utica to Schnectady to see Bill even though we have many prosthetists in our area. Better to go with the best and travel than stay close to home for mediocre!
