Went to Caskey Mountain Hunting Preserve for another hunt. I had a Excellent experience and watching the deer during the rut was an awesome experience! We saw many bucks fighting, chasing does, just an all around experience I will never forget. Took a buck that was bigger than my last one! I look forward to my next visit for sure!
Caskey Mountain is the place to go if you are looking for a incredible whitetail hunt experience . It's real hunting not just sit and shoot. I've gone for two years now and each time is an amazing experience, this year especially!!! Highly recommend. The owner Pete and guide Jeff are incredible!! Caskey Mountain is the way to go!
My Husband had gone to Caskey Mountain Hunting Preserve and he harvested a beautiful Buck. After seeing his buck and listening to him go on and on about his experience I decided to try it for myself. Understand now what his excitement was all about. I had a great time and harvested a buck of a lifetime! A memorable experience for sure.
Saw Caskey Mountain Preserve online and living somewhat near I thought I would check it out. I met with the owner and he gave me a tour of the hunting area and I decided I would book a hunt ( I've hunted many years on my own property successfully). On the first day I met my Guide who took me to a range to check my gun. We went to a blind and we watched some nice deer that afternoon. I noticed that these deer acted no different then any other deer. Lucky for me it was during the rut and what a show I got! I told the Guide I was looking for something unique and in the afternoon of the second day I found him. Long shot but i got it done. I gotta say. I loved the whole experience! The lodge is Awesome! I think my wife might book herself a hunt. Not sure what the "one star" dude is talking about. Sounds like a PETA stunt to me. I'll tell you, if you've ever wanted to try this place I urge you to do so. You won't be disappointed
The Caskey mountain hunting preserve was a unbelievable experience . They go out of their way to make sure your stay and your experience is top notch . Our guide Jeff was outstanding and very knowledgeable and really added to our experience .
We will be returning next year !!!!!
