(July 25, 2022, 10:26 am)1000% Shout out to Norman!!! I’m Driving through on my daily car wash and the glare from the sun bounced my signal for my premium wash to the car in the next lane. Immediately Norman assessed and reassured me not to worry. The person that received my credit for the Premium wash wanted to drive through and was asking Norman “why can’t I keep it, it’s mine” he says. Norman went above and beyond in handling this situation. He professionally advised all persons what needed to be done to correct this error and make me whole. He safely directed the cars and the guy in question and myself exchanged places so I could receive my rightful premium wash that I pay for monthly and advised the other customer to drive through again so he could pay for his wash. Thank you Norman for always having a great personality and professionalism that makes my experience with Bolla amazing.
