  It great to see a company stand behind their products, salespeople and service people very helpful, first used this company in 1995, just as good,friendly and reliable in 2018,hope they remain the same in the future!

  We were in the market for new verticals and did the search....Up came quite a bit of results so I looked at all the reviews and I am glad we did!! Instant Verticals and staff are THE BEST out there !! We had a great experience as soon as we walked into the showroom. A few days later we had them at our house for measuring and explaining all the options....So Very Happy with our choice. I really can't say enough about the way they do business...A pleasure to work with and will use them again !! Thanks !!!!

  I had a great experience here. I had brought some Hunter Douglas shades into them, after the shades became sluggish when retracted. They told me that the mechanism that was failing was covered under warranty, and so they took care of it for me with no charge. Talked to them about other shades, and they definitely know their business. There are a lot of different kinds of shades on display in their store as well.

  Every step of the way, dealing with Instant Verticals was a pleasure. The phone person was very pleasant and helpful; the salesman was no-pressure, understood what I wanted, and helped me select the ideal product without any upsell pushing; and the installer was neat as a pin, took my old blinds away, and got the whole job done in 30 minutes. Money well spent, and only a tiny bit more than when I did it myself -- SO WORTH IT. Neater, faster, better, and all I did was call and select!
