Always-At-Aum Yoga School’s yoga teacher training is a beautiful and heartfelt journey that leads you to a complete transformation of your mind, body and soul. Not only will you learn about the physical practice and yogic philosophy, but also so much about yourself and everyone around you.
The teachers each offer unique styles and lessons, and all share a deep care and support for their students. My peers quickly became family as we naturally grew closer, sharing intimate feelings and experiences.
This training provided me with profound tools and resources to utilize throughout the rest of my life. Whether you are looking to share these tools and teach yoga, or if you simply wish to deepen your own practice, I recommend Always-At-Aum Yoga school with my whole heart!
I just graduated from Always At Aum, 200 hr Vinyasa & Hot Yoga course. I truly can't say enough good things about this training. I started this course simply wanting to further my practice and teach yoga. What I got out of it was so much more. Robin (who runs the course) is a true healer and is wise beyond words. A true inspiration to anyone who meets her. This course not only teaches you all aspects of yoga (poses, Sanskrit, meditation, business, etc), but it also allows you to learn more about yourself and grow as an individual. On top of all that you learn, you are surrounded by like minded people and will build life long friendships with your teachers and peers. I can confidently say, without any question, that if you are interested in taking this course, please do so, I highly recommend it. You will absolutely love it!
This school is the most thorough and inspirational that I have found for my practice. I am now more than halfway though my teacher training and I can honestly say that Always-at-Aum changed my life! (for the better!) The community of teachers and other students are so welcoming and passionate about yoga. They are all different and dynamic people who want to share their (com)passion with everyone seeking it. It helps that you have other studios to visit and make-up classes that you might have missed because life happens.
Two people sat in on our lessons, separately, who had their training from other great yoga schools and even they couldn't stop talking about how great this training program is. They were impressed with, not only how much we were learning, but how many different aspects of yoga we were dipping our toes into during the 200hr training. Robin and her devoted team have created a manual unlike any others you are likely to find on Long Island.
When I graduate, I will feel confident and proud to be an Always-at-Aum yoga teacher. I can't wait to continue my practice with them through the years.
It has been a great experience receiving my 200 & 300 ytt from the Always-At-Aum Yoga School. I have met some awesome people on my journey. The knowledge of my trainers were extensive, cost and timing of training worked in with my schedule, but what was key was the community/unity of all that were apart of the Yoga School. I am ever so thankful and grateful.
Such a knowledgeable, helpful and fun group of teachers. I've taken many teacher trainings with them all and am excited to continue to learn and grow with their help.
