(December 4, 2018, 10:47 am)Such a fantastic facility! They take excellent care of the residents, the staff is warm and friendly and were so so accommodating. We looked at multiple facilities nearby and none were as modestly priced as Birchwood. It’s a great place to visit and all the residents seemed really happy.

(August 24, 2018, 12:57 pm)I have worked at the big name competitors previously, but nothing comes close to the genuine care and love that the staff here have for the residents. Being that Birchwood is family owned and operated community, it has that true home feel and charm that the other facilities just can’t match. Your loved ones will not just be another number here, they become another member of the Birchwood family.

(June 13, 2018, 4:16 pm)So far so good. I have placed my uncle here after he was basically not invited back to a different assistant living facility. He has dementia and I feel the staff is handling him well. I have found staff to be caring, helpful and friendly. They love my uncle and enjoy having him in the community. I am always welcomed and my uncle seems to be happy and well taken care of. I am thankful!
