My cousin got a rhinoplasty with Dr. Romanelli years ago and loved the entire process. My girlfriend asked me to help her find a doctor months ago so we took her recommendation and couldn't be happier. He is an excellent doctor professionally and super pleasant on a personal level as well. He did everything he could to calm my girlfriend's nerves throughout the process and really exceeded our expectations!

After the rhinoplasty, she never had to use any pain meds and the anesthesia never even caused any nausea. So far, the recover has been 100% painless and perfect. We visited the office today to finally remove the cast and and are super excited with the results.
