When I first walked into Dr. Davidovich's office I did not think that I could take another step forward. I had hesitated for some time about seeking help for my depression and anxiety and I did not know how I would react to telling another person about my struggles. But I needn't have worried, because I found Dr. Davidovich to be very compassionate and reassuring. Over the course of our sessions she has helped me to identify my negative thought distortions and to recognize all the ways in which I had been sabotaging myself and hurting those closest to me. Through Dr. Davidovich's help I have not only been able to better control my emotions, but I have become much more mindful of how my emotions affect others. Today I am able to face most days without the burden of the intense negative energy which used to follow me around, and this makes me and everyone else in my family much happier.
I've been seeing Dr. Davidovich for a while now, and I find her to be extremely helpful in managing difficult times in my life. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and "real". It is clear that she knows her stuff but talks to me like i'm an equal and that's very important to me.
