Let me start out by saying I love this gym. All the equipment is brand new and the set up is so awesome. Like the Farmingdale location, this gym is home. Ryan LaFlare and Chris Wade are really doing a great job. Everybody who trains here is great people and this gym really is a true family. I strongly recommend coming here and signing up. Awesome place to train at whether you want to learn to defend yourself or plan on fighting. The instructors are extremely helpful and want nothing but the best for their students. Also, being located inside of a Gold's Gym means that you can always get your swole on.

Long Island MMA is a great gym. Both locations have a great variety of classes for everyone from the casual gym goer, to elite fighters. Also, as a female, I feel very comfortable training there. The Islip location is conveniently inside Gold’s gym. It is definitely worth stopping in and trying out!

It’s a great place to train. Coming from another place, I wasn’t sure what to expect at first. The entire coaching staff has been nothing but welcoming and the quality of instruction is second to none.
