Upon the recommendation of Consolation Center, we called Continued Careon 2-14-18 to inquire about the rental of a portable wheelchair ramp. We spoke to a "CHRISTINA".She outlined the details of the rental. I inquired if they could get one to us on Monday 2-19. She said: "I don't see why not." I called back the next day 2-15-18 and placed the order. We were kept on lengthy HOLDS at least three times while she processed the order and took our credit card info She put us on hold for 14 minutes while she determined the sales tax on the rental.!! ( My research shows there is no state sales tax on wheelchair ramps). .Delivery was set for 2-19
On Friday 2-16 at 4:45 PM we get a phone call from a different girl at CC who informs us that they can't deliver the ramp on Monday and they don't have any credit card info. on us. After another LENGHTY hold that was recified,. I requested her supervisor . He agreed to deliver on Saturday 2-17 . The ramp came as scheduled.
What should have ben a simple straight forward rental turned out to be a NERVE WRACKING NIGHTMARE due to the actions of the staff, most notable this "CHRISTINA".
