This is a wonderful facility. It was my first visit & I was quite pleased with the friendly attention & expert medical care I received. Jeanette made sign in & paperwork a breeze. Dara efficiently got me set up to see the doctor. Dr. Costello was kind, compassionate & knowledgable. This lovely staff makes being ill not seem so bad.
Better than going to my PCP. Great customer service and little to no waiting time. What I also thought was great is that the doctor took there time to evaluate and talk to me. She didn't rush.
Can’t say enough good things about AFC Urgent Care in West Islip. From the front desk to the back.. awesome service! Marissa the medical assistant was very informative right before I saw the physician and very comforting. I was called in right away and didn’t have to wait more than ten minutes. Highly recommend!!
I had a wonderful visit at the urgent care facility the staff was amazing! the facility was clean. I walked and had a warm welcome from the desk personnel Jeannette she was fast polite and respectful. Definitely will be visiting again!!!!
First time visiting! The office is beautiful, clean, and no wait time. Was in and out within 30 minutes. Warm welcoming from the front desk receptionist, Deanna. Friendly & knowledgeable doctor. Would highly recommend.
