  These guys are AWESOME...had a problem with gasket and they took care of it ASAP...I would do business with them again without even thinking twice...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY And their PRODUCTS..Dennis is so courteous and helpful..DENNIS YOU DA MAN....

  Bought a bunch of mods for a new smoker. I had an issue with one of the toggle latches that was sent out. It didn't open up all the way. I called and customer service was awesome they took care of the issue promptly and ensured I had everything I needed. Would highly reccomend for their well designed products and even better customer care. I won't buy mods anywhere else.

  I had an issue with the gasket I purchased getting too hot and burning. The folks at Island Outdoors, LLC were fantastic with helping me find a more suitable gasket for my smoker and even sent me the replacement at no charge. I highly recommend this company and will be a return customer for further needs!

  ordered my 3/4"x1/8" nomex self stick gasket from Island Outdoor 12 days ago, it arrived in Perth Western Australia today. I am very happy with the quality of the product and also the speed of which it has arrived.
