(March 26, 2019, 5:52 pm)I’m redecorating my living room and I have a few pieces from the Wood Carte. I really love the quality of Amish made wood furniture. I usually shop for it in Lancaster, PA; however, on a recent visit to the Lake George area I was introduced to the Wood Carte. Their selection is outstanding. The prices were higher than comparable items I’ve seen in PA. For example, I have a log cabin lamp (see picture) I purchased at the Intercourse , PA Farmer’s Market for $175. The same lamp was $299 at the Wood Carte. That said, many of the items here are one-of-a-kind. The unique qualities of each pice of wood come through in the finished products and they are very beautiful and well constructed, If you find something you like, chances are some one else will too. Take it home when you see it!
I will be returning next time I’m in the area.
