  Ultimate Auto Body repaired my car after it was hit in a parking lot. Gregory worked with my insurance company, then delivered a clean car with all damages repaired perfectly. I recommend Ultimate Auto Body without hesitation.

  Gregory and his team were amazing. First of all, walking into the shop is like walking into a cozy living room. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease that everything would be taken care of. They were responsible for fixing the back of our minivan after a truck rear-ended me. Our ten year old minivan survived carpools galore, breakfasts on the run to school, snacks on the way to sports practices, late night dinners coming back from vacation, food that had literally gone moldy in the way back (an area of the minivan I never venture back to) - use your imagination. It was gross. I came back to discover that not only was the exterior of the van fixed, the interior looked brand new. I am so grateful to Ultimate Auto Body for doing an ULTIMATE job on our vehicle, so much so my kids were just as excited to get back into our own minivan as they were renting a brand new minivan (that they had begged for us to be able to keep). Ultimate Auto Body - thank you SO much for taking such great care of our minivan as if it were your own!!!

  Greg and his team went beyond my expectations for a great job on painting and trimming the new bumper cover for my 20-year old Porsche 911. Very pleased with the result - excellent match with original paint!

  Ultimate Auto was great. My car looks brand new! I had a small accident and Greg took care of the whole situation. I dropped off my car and had a rental car in 5 minutes. He had all the paperwork together and called allstate for me and handled all the stuff you don't want to deal with. I even returned my rental car back to his location to pick up my car and he handled dropping it off. Lifesaver. Thank you!

  I had a very pleasant experience. Especially after a major battle with my insurance company over a minor issue. I needed to have photos taken of my car to restart my insurance. I can’t say I have a top of line car but it’s decent happily I was treated as if I had Mercedes !! 1.)My appointment was easy to make they really accommodated my limited time. The owner himself Greg met me early on a Saturday morning! He had another customer there too whom I’m he had also accommodated. He was quick and attentive. He asked me the pertinent questions, checked my car everything was done within a matter of minutes. 2.) He even made a few simple suggestions reasonably priced in my favor regarding my car care upkeep! 3.) He was very personable, sensitive and he actually listened paid attention to my current and possible car future needs.
  4.) He wasn’t seated behind a computer He actually came out and talked to me!! Go figure!!
  5.) He gave me a customer card to come back for a few car washes after which if had few car washes I could return and get a free detailing for inside my car which I really need!!! He even put great, awesome smelling air freshener in my car, turned my AC ( it was a hot day and I was rushing to be on time I hadn’t bothered with my AC) So when I got into my car it was nice and cool and he even added some mints Lol!!! So I definitely plan to return after enduring the pandemic and returning to businesses that are highly impersonal this was a wonderful, calming experience and nice touch !!!!
