I attended a retreat hosted by CoachGlo in the fall of 2022. It was a beautifully enlightening experience entitled "Because I Want To", which is such a relevant message to many women today. It was an absolute joy meeting CoachGlo and connecting with women from so many different walks of life. Looking forward to next year's retreat!

I recently met Coach Glo and had the opportunity to be a speaker at her retreat and also be an attendee. It was such a delightful experience.
Coach Glo shared her wisdom and gave us the time to apply what she teaches, and it all happened at a beautiful location surrounded by a group of fabulous women. Coach Glo is an honest, direct, and warm woman who cares about helping women recover from substance abuse and also helping women be at their full power.

I've known CoachGlo for many, many years and finally attended one of her retreats in fall 2022. It was a wonderful experience. Great support from the other women who attended, as well as time to reflect and work on personal and work-related challenges that proved extremely helpful after I left the retreat.

CoachGlo is intentional with how she approaches her guidance that allows for reflection and purposeful change. She is honest and transparent. Beautiful person!

I had a wonderful experience at Glynwood Farms. CoachGlo faciliated a "women only" 1 day retreat. Participants came from near and far to receive this gift of a day!
