Nappy Auto Body

On my way home from work my car broke down on the side of the road. Several auto shops nearby couldn’t service it until the next day but I’d have to get it to their shop somehow. Instead of going through insurance and risking the premiums going up, I called Nappy Auto Repair and in less than 30 mins, they towed my car to their shop. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The following day I got a call the part (an alternator) arrived and they will install it if I agree to the price, which I was comfortable with since I also asked for an oil change and tow truck.

I am very happy with the fast, reliable service and back on the road safely in under 24 hrs.

Amazing service from Ron and his team. I was bit hesistant using a local place in my town. I have decided to give Ron a shot since it was a bit more convenient. He and his team delivered as promised. My dent from a parking curb was repaired, paint matched along with the rock guard. I was unable to find any signs of repaired work. Sharing my review as I am a thrilled customer.
