(March 4, 2022, 11:22 am)Dr. Biondi saw me same day in an emergency when I had done something to my phonak hearing aids in an attempt to hear my grandchildren more clearly. She was so great: repaired the problem I had created; reset the phonax perfectly so I can hear my grandchildren. Yes I know these hearing aids are expensive. But with help from people like Dr. Biondi, they are absolutely worth every penny. Thanks so very much.

(November 1, 2021, 11:49 am)Dr. Ruiz, It is my pleasure to tell you that I had a great experience with Mary and Ann and the young lady at the desk. I am going to upgrade my hearing aide. Mary gave me one of the new hearing aides to try until I get my new one. As I was sitting in my car I could heard the rain on the roof in such a rich way for the first time in many moons. I had lost my hearing in 1986 after choking on bran, So thank you very much for your wonderful staff and the new up to date hearing aides. Jon Nardelli
