This place is amazing. You can see that they are dedicated and passionate about helping people with their goals. I have personal experience with Kayla, she is patient and listens while making sure that you achieve the benefits of your workout. I recommend this place 100% .

I have been going here for a couple of months and it been really game changing for my fitness jorney. The one on one focus with every session was exactly what i needed in order to get to the point mentally and physically where i enjoy working out. I was able to also accomplish my other goal of a better body composition which i also am happy about. Overall this is a wonderful place to kickstart your fitness jorney!!

I met Anthony and CJ at Orangetheory and was excited to know they were personal training when Boutique opened up. My two days a week training there this past year has been nothing short of fantastic. CJ always motivated and pushed me in a positive way to meet my fitness goals while creating a fun work out environment. Trust me when I say I have not always "loved" working out but going here was different. Kudos to everyone there as each trainer brought a different energy to the space. Thank you for all you do!
