    Gina and Tracey are two personal trainers that genuinely care! Their passion to train and see you become stronger is transparent!!! Plank Fit is a cardio and strength training class that switches up every single time!! You will never get bored because you don't know what you are getting yourself into!!! Classes are intense but a whole lot of fun!!
