Their appliance service technician came and diagnosed the issue promptly. Turned out the faulty drive belt was causing my washing machine not to spin. After he was done with his job, he cleaned his work area before he left.

When she told me that they are the most preferred appliance service provider in our area, I instantly gave them a call to check it. I was delighted by the willingness of their technician to help; he was so friendly and knowledgeable. Based from his assessment, the issue was caused by a bad temperature switch that needed replacement.

I was impressed that he came with all the necessary parts. When he found out that the heating element shorted out, he was able to replace it on the spot and finished the job quickly.
