Westchester Apothecary by Apotheco Pharmacy

These guys are great. We found them via my son's dematologist. GREAT PRICES, fast service, and lovely staff. They mail us the meds, which saves me time driving to them. I wish this model existed for other meds.

I love Apotheco pharmacy. Very personal experience, you can actually speak to a human being. We always get our prescriptions delivered at no extra cost. They are great working with insurances or getting coupons so the medications are not an arm and a leg.

My doctor told me about Apotheco Pharmacy Westchester when she said I would need to indefinitely use product for which I had paid $105 in my local (big chain) pharmacy. I told her that would be pretty unaffordable at $105 a pop. Then she told me about Apotheco , where I am paying $25 for the same medication — and they deliver! I wondered, and still do, if these people were angels sent down from heaven. I received my medication, delivered to my door, two days later.
This tells me a lot about the rest of the pharmaceutical industry and the kind of profits they generate at a huge cost to consumers. I am very grateful for Apotheco and greatly admire their integrity.

i’ve been with this pharmacy since 2019 or 2020. For the most part this has been a good experience for me when it comes to receiving my medication delivery. However, yesterday March 15, 2023 I called to refill my medication at least five times. And whoever the woman was that was on the phone, she hung up the phone on me each time. The last time I called she just left me on hold because either she felt I wasn’t speaking fast enough or I didn’t answer fast enough. Which was very rude. However, overall, I’ve had a wonderful service with you guys. But decided to just take my business elsewhere because of that young lady yesterday.

The service provided is unbelievable. medication is delivered right to you, in less than 24 hours. Courtesy calls and texts come through to remind you about refills. Refilling meds is a no-brainer. Insurance is accepted. Staff and drivers are courteous and so helpful! You even get a personal call to let you know if a delivery is running behind. I can’t imagine standing on long pharmacy lines anymore! amazing! I highly recommend!
