  In Joann, Scarsdale, I ordered my custom framing twice – once for my family tree painting (it was designed by my great-Grandfather) and another one - for a lovely old-fashion hand-stitched tapestry, made by my Grandmother. Both things were of great value to me and the custom framing master there was so nice and so professional. He did a great job, thank you, Steve!

  I always have a great experience at my local Joann Store. Today was particularly good as the checkout lady was exceptionally kind and polite. I took a 95 year old friend to the store for some yarn. She felt so welcomed by the attitude of the lady who checked her out. Such a welcoming experience. Thank you.

  I love coming here because basically you can find anything that you need for crafts. I find the store way better than Michael's. They have great sales but some of their prices are a little hefty compared to other places but if you're looking for something unique you're guaranteed to find it here again parking is weird because they are on the second level so it gets a little confusing to find it plus you have to find me hidden elevator if you're on the first floor

  It's okay, I like it overall, I just find the bead section to be a pain because they aren't really labeled to clearly know the price or what the materials are. The price scanners haven't worked since the summer and there's hardly any staff to ask the prices, if you have a handful of beads they get impatient hand scanning them all (as would I) but the beads are hardly ever in the right place. They need to organize the beads better on daily basis and fix the scanners and it will be okay.

  This store has an awesome selection of fabric and crafts. It is also neatly organized unlike many fabric stores. It is better to enter through the rear. The front entrance requires an elevator and a walk around.
