  Kristin was referred to me by my therapist to help me with my fear of flying. After only a few sessions I felt much more confident and positive about challenging my fear. I was ultimately able to fly again for the first time in 3 years. I believe several things assisted me in my progress including regular therapy, medication and the support of friends and family. However, it is obvious that Kristin's work had a significant impact on my recovery. Thank you Kristin!

  I am so thankful to have found Kristin Prevallet. She is the perfect combination of professional, friendly, empowering, motivating, kind, practical and caring. Her skills have helped me conquer some of my most difficult challenges and barriers. She recorded a hypnotherapy part of our session and I use it religiously every night. I am forever grateful and look forward to continue working with Kristin in the future.

  I had the pleasure of working with Kristin recently on some issues related to my immune system as well as an issue at my job, and found her wonderful. She has a beautiful energy, is very supportive, and was very helpful in teaching me an alternative way to interpret myself and others. I now feel more like a master of my body and mind. You won't regret working with her.

  I highly recommend working with Kristin! I had a natural birth with my first pregnancy and I could not have done it without Kristin's guidance. We worked on meditations and visualizations that carried me through my labor. I didn't even have a doula! Just the wonderful guidance Kristin gave me.
  
  I'm now towards the end of my second pregnancy, and Kristin has been able to help me on various levels. Her work, exercises, and techniques have helped me overcome a lot of anxiety and stress. She encourages me when I need encouragement and has provided me with many tools I can use at home and throughout my day.

  With her hypnotherapy skills, Kristen gently guided me through a retelling of a difficult story from my childhood. I was able to create an outcome to the story that was supportive and loving. The process has opened up the possibility of reparenting myself and telling myself a different story about my past and my life today. A more understanding voice in my own head is encouraging me to do the tasks that have been difficult for me.
