Eve Isaacson Personal Training

Eve was a gift to myself a year ago because I wanted to turn 60 and feel healthier, stronger, more flexible, and more confident. She was the best gift! Eve is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body. When you train with Eve, you truly believe she has X-ray vision and can see every muscle, ligament, bone and organ in your body. She is a wonderful teacher and explains everything you are doing in detail and why you are doing it! Eve’s attention to detail allows her to give your body and mind exactly what you need.

When I first signed up to train with Eve, I took a three-month package thinking that she would show me some new things and I would be on my way. While she did show me new exercises I could do, I quickly realized that Eve has so much more to offer. Eve is extremely knowledgeable, and her ability to identify my needs, create and adapt the exercises to how I am feeling, and what I am capable of on any given day has made a tremendous difference in my overall fitness. Rather than feeling that working out is something I must do, I now feel that it is something I want to do.

Eve is a knowledgeable, compassionate teacher. She truly listens and adapts each session to your individual needs. Despite existing physical limitations, she has helped me develop flexibility and strength. I wish everyone could have the opportunity to work with Eve.

Eve is a dream come true. My husband, with advanced Parkinson’s, has worked with her since 2018. They started at a local gym (work there included boxing!); with COVID, they moved to FaceTime. (Currently once a week via FaceTime, once in person at home.) Eve is perceptive and kind beyond belief, and has a multitude of skills she draws on to suit the moment. Through exercise and strengthening and stretching routines he has maintained a level of functioning that I am sure would not be possible without her work. Not least, she helps maintain a positive outlook. Thank you, Eve!
