Dr. Douglass has a great sense of humor, is direct and to the point which other doctors seldom seem to be. His skill and knowledge are obvious and while he operates at a New York (quick) pace, he is very attentive to questions and thorough with his answers. The office staff are wonderfully friendly, the facility is always very clean, and the location is excellent. I would absolutely recommend anyone I know who needs hand surgery or an orthopedic specialist in Dr. Douglass’s field to come here. And, he saved my fingers!
