I highly recommend Next Level Martial Arts! While you are there, you must take coach Sherri's HIIT class! Fabulous indeed!

Sensei Chris is not only a great martial artist but also an excellent role model for the students. His classes are intense but also fun. The training facility is always clean and pleasant for students and parents. I highly recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I take aerobic kick boxing and other classes. Sensei Chris and their team are amazing and highly recommend coming here for individuals or families.
