Donald was absolutely superb in taking care of my bi-lateral pneumonia diagnosis. I was feeling better within 2 days. He is always prompt to see me, polite, and a superb bedside manner with my two toddler daughters whenever we go visit. There is no other place I would go to.

We’ve been here multiple times in the last few years. Great alternative for when our pediatrician cannot get the kids in or I can get in to my doctor. Great staff and medical professionals. Easy scheduling. Short wait. Convenient location but parking is an issue if it’s busy. Building needs some work to make it look cleaner.

I came to the Thornwood location with a finger injury and was initially concerned based on the shabbiness of the office (I was informed that they were, in fact, shortly moving to a better location). Beyond that, however, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the attending PA was excellent. She was able to suture my wound (not an easy accomplishment) and avoid a visit to a hospital ER (which no one wants to do). I don't believe that there are many urgent care locations that would have done that.
