I had gone to them a couple of yrs ago and somehow forgot about them. Had a persistent problem with my Acura that i had taken to several other shops. I had made suggestions to these other shops about what I wanted checked first and no one listened to me. Instead these other shops charged me an arm and a leg without heeding my suggestions.

Total Car Care did the exact opposite. Tim and Reno listened to my suggestion with respect and checked what I asked first. Turned out it was the actual issue. They fixed it right away and called me to inform me in a timely fashion that they wanted to make sure everything worked properly the next day. I so appreciated their honesty, integrity, timeliness and respect for their customers. They called me the next day when the car was ready and charged me a reasonable price.
