Mazda Of New Rochelle Service Center

I had to return parts I'd ordered from the New Rochelle store but didn't have the receipt. I didn't realize in this day and age of Amazon and WalMart, where anything can be returned for any reason that it would be required but it was. And I admit I lost my cool and composure. The parts manager, Jose Ortiz, continued to treat me with respect no matter how frustrated and angry I got, remaining cool and persistent. Ultimately I realized it really was all my fault and apologized. Once I found the invoice Jose quickly took care of it.

Thanks, Jose, for treating me so courteously in a moment I didn't deserve it. I hope the folks at Mazda New Rochelle fully appreciate your professionalism and the content of your character. You made a deep impression and reminded me that the things we get upset about are so trivial when compared to what we've all been thru this past year. Once again, my apologies and God bless!
