My brothers and I took our Mom to see Tom because he is highly recommended and he didn’t disappoint. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect..We always feel comfortable, which makes it a pleasurable experience. Our Mom is so happy she finally got hearing aids. We had a very interesting experience at Beltane. WE learned the different kinds of hearing loss. Also the dr. Was very meticulous and clear in his explanation regarding our need and situation.

We will see how it all works out insurance wise but it was a pleasure to deal with Tom and his assistant. They were warm and cordial. I felt like I joined a team.

The main reason our hearing aids are so successful is the excellent periodic servicing provided along with the new aids. I go every 4 - 6 months to have my aids cleaned and supplied with new parts, and this service comes with the aids....it does not have to be purchased separately. Mr. Biondi is knowledgeable and helpful and my aids work perfectly. I recommend this Hearing Care Center.
