Pascal and team are so thorough. I drove away feeling like I was in a brand new car!
Something that had been wrong with my car for ages, that the dealer was unable to fix was corrected it in a matter of hours.

I’ve been using Pascal and Double R/Briarcliff Auto for years. He and his crew are the best. He’s honest and thorough. I’ve referred at least 5 friends to him. He’s done repairs to my Subaru, Acura, Wrangler and Audi. Always fixed and always timely.

I found Pascal and his shop to be knowledgeable, courteous, and found and repaired prior work done by another shop that was shoddy at best. The price was fair, the work was done on time. As the owner of 4 cars, I plan on using Pascal going forward. He has already handled 2, including an old Porsche that he proved very knowledgeable on. I recommend them highly.

I’m 37 years old, and since I’ve been able to drive at 16, I have never found a “go to” mechanic. The expression “honest mechanic” became an oxymoron in my experience. I stumbled across Double R by accident, and I’m SO glad I did. I knew of Pascal years ago, and he was as charismatic and friendly then as he is now. There’s just something about his shop that’s different. They’re extremely thorough and take pictures while they’re performing a service so you can see exactly what’s going on. Prices are fair, he doesn’t push things on you, and he looks at the big picture of your car’s life and gives tips so it will last. So it’s taken me a little over 20 years of driving, but I think I found my go to mechanic!

Pascal and his wife are professional, polite, and treat you like family. They are an honest business with reasonable prices. He even showed me a picture where the repair needed to be done on my transmission. Got me out of there in time to pick up the toddler from school. Even offered to drive me there if my car wasn't done. I highly recommend getting your car serviced there.
