Andrew was a pleasure to work with. I ordered a 2022 Ducati Scrambler Icon Dark around the end of July. Delivered in 2 weeks. Andrew was a great help every step of the way from placing the order, the time it took for the build to delivery. This was my first time ordering a bike from the factory. Thank you my man!! Hudson valley motorcycles is an amazing dealership with great service.

So I ordered a Panigale V2 from Andrew at Hudson Valley motorcycles back on May 4th. The whole time he stayed in contact with me and let me know what was going on. The whole process I was quite impatient but he was never rude and answered my questions through text or call within minutes. I ended up getting the bike over the weekend and I love it!! I drove 5 hours from Rochester New York to get there and I would do it again to deal with them. Great customer service and great people. I also bought a helmet, jacket, and gloves from them. They gave me 10% off for getting a new bike from them. Teddy and Geech ( I think it's Spelled lol) were awesome!!! They showed me how the jacket should fit, help me pick out a helmet, talked about their riding experiences, going to the track, and all types of stuff. The service guys helped me load my bike into my truck. Really great guys. Definitely going to buy another bike from them. Worth the drive. Thanks especially to Andrew for dealing with me 🤣

I called Andrew up and inquired about any Super-sport S that they had in stock. I was surprised that they had one (they aren’t commonly in stock at most Ducati dealers). I purchased it, sight unseen, but was comfortable the whole time as they walked me through the steps and were up front about everything. What a great experience. They delivered it from NY to MA for a fair price. I’m very happy. Thanks Andrew abs everyone at HV.

I’m a first time Ducati owner, but have purchased several bikes over the years. Hudson Valley is hands down the smoothest, most knowledgeable, congruent, and most personable place I’ve ever dealt with. Andrew from the sales department is THE MAN. I will continue to go here for any motorcycle interests and purchases in the future. I cannot say enough great things about this place!

This is an amazing dealership with some great people! I ending up buying my first Ducati from Hudson Valley Motorcycles because I could not find a white V2 anywhere. This dealership, Andrew specifically, helped me through the buying process and shipping options as I am from Texas! Due to some unfortunate events I ended up driving up to New York from Texas to pickup my bike (3300 miles and 53 hours). The whole time the dealership was very helpful and responsive and there for questions all the way through the process. Even after getting back to Texas with the bike the dealership still checkon me and the bike! Great customer service and I they will be getting my business again despite the long distance!
