  Another incredible service by the maintenance team - Jeff, Tim & Ergul. Maintenance at the Avalon is first class and FREE.

  Nice place.
  Great view.
  Nice staff, for the most part.
  
  Jason in the office is great.
  Jeff in maintenance is great.
  Tim is maintenance is great.
  Ergie in maintenance is great.
  They're all very helpful.
  
  Valerie in the office, however, is a bit different. She always seems to go out of her way to make a simple request more complicated, or to find a reason to deny it completely. I'm not sure what the issue is there, but I would recommend avoiding her whenever possible.

  We've lived at the Avalon Ossining for only four months, and the Leasing & Management and the maintenance team have both been exceptional. Jason at the management office is the pinnacle of warm professionalism, and always follows up on correspondences.
  
  Ergul and the rest of the maintenance team are prompt, kind, professional and committed to doing an exceptional job every time. (Even when our dogs are barking at them!) We are blessed to live at a complex with such fantastic management.
