Family Dog Yoga

Yoga studio with a philosophy that there’s a type of practice not only for everybody but also for every body! All instructors are great and play vibey music. There is a sense of community; sometimes, you find yourself having a post-yoga coffee or adult drinks with a couple of friends you’ve made in class.

Loveeeee Brigid and her new studio! I have been coming to Brigid's yoga classes for years, even before she had her own studio. It has been a pleasure to be apart of these classes, and to be able to watch Brigid blossom into all that she is today. This yoga studio has classes for all levels and ages.. including classes for pregnant women and sometimes youngsters! I highly recommend Family Dog Yoga to everyone and anyone, near or far. Come get your yoga on, you wont regret it!!

FDY is my favorite studio! The teachers and classes are great and there really is something for everyone! This studio is far from "stuffy" and the fellow students are so fun. I would recommend anyone to try it out.

FDY's yoga classes are a fun flowy classes that fly-by thanks to the good music and smart, creative sequencing. The owner, Brigid, and her teachers are there to help students of all levels learn yoga in a down-to-earth, friendly environment. I've been a loyal student of Brigid's for almost ten years and so happy she took her special love for blending good music and yoga to the next level with her own studio!
