  Ordinarily, I don't write reviews. However, after a year of truly wonderful experiences at Eva's Pound Ridge salon, I felt compelled to write one. In short, Eva is a MIRACLE WORKER!
  
  I moved to New Canaan in the fall of 2020 and had tried a few different salons in the area, all with tear-inducing results: the cuts were always uneven and unflattering for my face shape, and my hair was breaking and thinning from being overprocessed. Then in September 2021 I saw an ad for Eva's salon in the Bedford & New Canaan magazine. I have never visited a salon because of an ad, but there was just something about those "before" and "after" photos (especially the "after" photos!) of women my age whose hair Eva had rescued that made me pick up the phone and call her that very minute. At my first appointment, Eva took the time to look at my hair and listen to my salon horror stories, and she knew exactly what to do. Today, my hair has grown back, it has a healthy glow (even with blonde highlights), and my cut always looks spectacular. Every time I go to her salon, I am greeted warmly by Eva and every member of her staff.
  
  I will not go anywhere else. She is worth her weight in gold!
